FREEDOM Fest will celebrate the heritage and triumph of Birmingham! 

FREEDOM Fest is designed as a celebration of heritage and is poised to be the seminal event every year to celebrate the triumphs of Birmingham’s Civil Rights history and its commitment to forging a united future.

FREEDOM Fest provides attendees two avenues for engagement. The first is through empowerment. Throughout the day, thought-provoking discussions, workshops and forums will shine a light on issues of equality and civic engagement. These conversations will be led by some of the brightest minds in advocacy. Entertainment will be infused throughout the day. 

Framed by Kelly Ingram Park, an impressive roster of musicians will descend on Birmingham and perform in the heart of the Historic Civil Rights District.
